Unable to include personalized message

I purchased this $40 gift card for a secret santa gift exchange requiring a $40 gift value. There was only one selection at this value so I purchased it. I was unable to personalize the card online (as other reviewers stated). Annoying. Best Buy should offer gift card purchases at any value that include personalized messages. It's ridiculous not to have this option at a technology centered business!
What's great about it: Easy to purchase
What's not so great: Lack of personalization
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
