Worst Customer Service Ever!

Refrigerator looks nice on outside but doesn't have a cold storage drawer, ice cream never freezes solid (if temp decreased, frost forms in freezer) and Samsung customer service is terrible! Fridge died May 21, 2016, 10 months after purchasing. Refrigerant leaked out and could not be repaired. After numerous phone calls, I was told not to discard my fridge and I would receive an email with refund instructions within 24-48 hours. Didn't hear anything so I called, it is actually 5 more days. Still no action so called again today. It will be another 5-7 days this time. This has been the pattern--tell me one thing--no action so I call and it is another story. It is June 17 and I still don't have a refrigerator or a refund and I've been told it will be another 5-7 days! Been eating out, doing carry out and using a cooler. We also lost about $400 in food when the fridge died. Absolutely outrageous and totally unacceptable to be treated this way!
