I installed it into a recessed area above the fireplace, it was easy to install, and it hoplds the 60" LED tv with no problems, you can adjust for every condition, left right tilt etc. The only improvement I would sugggest is that after the unit is on mounted on the wall height adjustment is limited. Excellent product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
