Never received code & charged sales tax

I spent over an hour being transferred and on hold and no one at Best Buy could help me get the code I paid for. It never arrived via email. On top of that, I was charged sales tax, which should not be applied to gift cards because tax is collected when you use it.
Stick with having the gift card mailed to you--do not buy the digital download!
What's great about it: Nothing.
What's not so great: Did not receive. Charged sales tax.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simply not delivered

The code has not been caught in my filter, spam, or junk mail folders. I've checked. Dozens of times. It's been over 48 hours now and Best Buy customer service can't even locate the code.
Not receiving the digital download is a known issue that many have been writing about on Best Buy community forums. Seems that those of us that ordered early (on Thanksgiving Day 2011) are the ones having problems. Perhaps they are worked out now, but I sure would be careful ordering the digital download.
