I received my first record of the Mariah Carey Christmas music. I was so excited until I pulled out the red record and there was burn marks all over it and part of the record look like it got melted. Mind you the packaging was in great condition. I called Best Buy and they sent me another.... after waiting again for my album arrived I opened it to find it yet again damaged. The burns and melting were identical to the first album. My assumption is the entire batch it damaged all in the same way. I was so disappointed and really wanted this album but I think if I keep re ordering this album its going to continue to be damaged.

That's unfortunate that you would receive multiple copies that were like that. I ordered the album from Best Buy last month and it arrived with no defects and plays perfectly. It's possible you had a case of bad luck with the two you were sent. But there are good copies available! Good luck!
