clear picture.. numerous connectivity issues.

First, it says an owners manual is included. this is simply NOT true. they direct you to their website, which is poorly laid out, and hard to find what you're looking for. after several hours, i finally got the DVR to connect to my laptop.... still no picture on my cell phone, or TV... customer support is another problem. they repeatedly tell you to use their website, which is dysfunctional at best... I finally got a phone number out of them...(which closes at 2 p.m. PDT.). I spent over an hour with the representative. During this time, i changed my password numerous times. Any claim that this product is "easy" to install has obviously never gone thru the hassle i did... Best buy says it is weather resistant, yet the installation instructions says they don't recommend installing in the elements? (Not very good for a $300.00 security camera..) The WIRED usb mouse has a short cord, and you can't substitute your wireless mouse as it is incompatible. Further The dvr logs itself out numerous times during the day. there is no way to disable this useless function. Now all i have to figure out is where to mount it. where it is not outside in the rain. I can't recommend anyone buying this, unless you are very tech savy, and have the patience of an angel..

This Verizon Wireless Prepaid LG Optimus Zone 2 LG-VS415PP cell phone features 3G speed and an Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, so you can easily remain connected while you're out and about. A 3.0MP rear-facing camera allows sharp image capture.

I have been trying to activate this device for 3 hours now.
What Verizon does NOT tell you is that there is only ONE plan that they will let you use with this or any smart phone. The only plan they offer with this device is 45.00 per month (or higher) which I have no intention of paying, since this is supposed to be a "Pay as you go" phone. In other words, I want to pay what I want to pay. If I only want to pay for a week, I should be able to pay for a week. If I don't want internet or "data" I shouldn't have to pay for a data plan.

Does this system have the option to notify you via text if motion is detected such as someone coming to the front door?
it offers email. not sure about text.
