Only needed one item from kit--wasteful!

The Best Buy installer opened the kit and only used one item since he was installing the new dishwasher where another had been. He could have used the part from the old dishwasher so that I could have returned the kit to get my money back. Unfortunately, this was discovered after he left.
My advice is, be sure you really need all the items in the kit before purchasing. Getting items ala carte would have been less costly.

Very happy with purchase in terms of performance. It really gets dishes clean. Only design flaw is absence of an external indicator that the dishwasher is operating (because it's delightfully SO QUIET) or when the dishes are clean. The door must be opened in order to see the light that confirms status.

What's not so great: There is no indicator light on the outside to confirm the dishwasher is running or confirm when the dishwasher is done.

Very happy with look and ease of use. Water scale on the element is quickly removed with a tablespoon of plain vinegar during a five minute soak once a week or so (inexpensive and efficient). The antibacterial coating makes me feel confident in adding just moisture (not germs) to the air. Great product. Highly recommend!
