Solid little BT speaker, with outdated micro-USB

Not much has changed with the 3rd Wonderboom release this year. Now some of that is good I guess you could say, but the one thing that is not good is this speaker charges with micro-USB. Hard to believe anything in 2022 is still using this outdated charging connection, but that's what we have with the Wonderboom 3. This speaker also lacks a 3.5mm jack, so no option to run this with a wired connection. Less is more? Not sure on that.
The speaker itself has a lot of positives going for it. A very solid construction, with a mesh covered body. IP67 dust and water proof means no need to worry about it getting dirty or wet. It will even float if you drop it in water. Good option for the pool or lake. There are 2 EQ modes and the second one is enabled by the tree looking button on the bottom of the speaker. This "outdoor" mode will cut some of the bass and increase the treble, so you get a brighter and louder sound signature. Speaker has a good Bluetooth range, so moving away from the speaker for fairly long distances with your audio source isn't much of an issue.
So overall, not a bad little speaker. There are two active drives firing in opposite directions and 2 passive radiators, also firing in opposite directions. This will give you more of the multi-directional sound output. I still had to ding this speaker 1 star due to the micro-USB charging port.

A high performance workhorse of a laptop. Nice!

First off I will say I'm a big fan of the AMD Radeon RX 6650M video card for price to performance and what is it capable of delivering. This laptop has 16GB memory and a 1TB SSD inside, so it should be good to go for a while to start with. This is also user upgradeable should the need arise. The ability to perform at high settings is something this laptop can do and will do with MOST games.
The 16.1" 144Hz refresh rate 1080p screen looks fantastic. Coupled with what's under the hood, there is no ghosting, screen tearing or other visual issues present. Throw in the anti-glare coating and this is a stunning looking display and on the large size for a laptop. It's also excellent for watching HD videos.
Loaded up Steam to play some games and am very impressed. Running popular games like the various Call of Duty games at high settings was no problem. The cooling fan system is a bit different than most gaming laptops. This has what HP refers to as "Omen Tempest Cooling Technology", which features 3 sided venting. It can get a tad loud when the fans kick it up during performance peaks, but it's not that bad. This venting method seems to help a lot with keeping this cooler when things get heated.
So overall this laptop has a lot going for it. Not just as a rock solid gaming laptop, but for every day computer use also. Multi-tasking with multiple windows open doesn't seem to bother this system in the least. Stuff like the 720p front facing camera, impressive sound quality for a laptop, RGB backlit keyboard, silky smooth multi-touch touchpad and more. I would certainly recommend this laptop for somebody who puts a premium on performance in games AND general use at a reasonable price.

Great for light jobs and a very versatile vac.

I decided to get the corded version of Shark - Stratos Corded Stick Vacuum with DuoClean PowerFins HairPro, Self-Cleaning Brushroll, Odor Neutralizer Technology - Navy instead of the battery powered one. I've had some bad luck with battery powered vacuums in recent history, so going corded you know what you're getting for the most part.
This stick vacuum is fairly light weight and easy to use. It is very easy to maneuver around things and under things. We use this mainly in our basement for combination of hard and carpeted floors and so far it's done a great job. For a larger space you might want to use this more as a complimentary vacuum to your larger one. The canister is fairly small and it will fill faster than a full size vacuum, obviously.
Not much to complain about with this vacuum. Probably my one gripe is it won't stand up when full size. Or you can break it down into the hand vac detached and it's easier to store. You can use this with the included attachments and keep a couple of them handy on the vaccum itself. The crevice tool I find especially handy for getting in between couch cushions. So overall, great little vacuum with many uses.

This will get the job done for most people who don't want anything fancy. The all black color is pretty stealthy looking when it's powered off. The touch screen is all black also and is a little on the dim side when the fryer is powered on or wen you need to push various buttons. This does have some pre-sets and the best one, at least for me, is the one for fries.
The fryer is of decent construction and build quality. The tray doesn't slide out super smoothly, but that may change with some use. It is a little on the loud side while operating and best to keep it pulled away from the wall a little, maybe a few inches at least.
This model doesn't come with a wire rack that you can sit down inside onto the crisper plate. I would have liked to see that included, as it's a very inexpensive addition. So far what I have cooked has come out pretty well. We cook a lot of Taquitos and this fryer does a decent job of cooking them evenly. I would like to have seen an option to run it above 400 degrees, however. This model only goes up to 400 degrees. Overall, a solid no-frills fryer with a pretty large capacity for multiple people's eats.

Jekyll & Hyde Speaker. Good low vol, poor high vol

Before getting to the Jekyll & Hyde sound this speaker gives you, I'll cover the other aspects. We'll start with the build quality of this speaker. The speaker itself is very well made and has a good weight to it for a smaller speaker. The rubbery type feel has a leather-type pattern to it, which looks nice. The metal grille on both front and back looks very stylish. It really does look the part of a quality speaker to justify the price tag. It would look great sitting on a desk, in a den or man cave.
This speaker is supported by the Marshall app. The app itself is very basic. There is an EQ option, but it's just 3 pre-set configurations, one of which is really only good for stuff like podcasts. The default EQ is really the best option, so not much use for the app unless you are waiting to use more than one of these wireless in what they refer to as "stack" mode.
Sound wise, this is where the speaker is Jekyll & Hyde. At lower to medium volume, the speaker sounds fairly smooth with a nice little bump to the bass for a small speaker. This isn't a very loud speaker, so as you turn it up to about 75-80% or more, this is where Mr. Hyde shows himself. At higher volume levels the bass disappears and the upper treble gets very bright. At max volume this speaker sounds quite harsh and really lacking in bass. It's pretty much not enjoyable at max volume.
So in the end, if you need a speaker to just listen at lower levels, this speaker sounds pretty nice and looks fantastic. It does have a driver and passive radiator on both front and back, which means you don't get the full force of the sound pointing at you no matter how you position it. Best to sit it on a corner to let the sound shoot front and back to also get a boost in the bass output from being in the corner. But if you want something you can crank up in a small or medium room, this might give cause to call the police and report there has been a violent assault on your ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good basic headset, but a little clunky/chunky

If you saw last year's version of this one you won't see much different. They do have an all cloth ear cushion, but the rest is about the same. Nothing fancy, but they get the job done.
Previous year's version was a little higher priced, so these being a bit less is a good thing. Out of the box these just come with a detachable 3.5mm connector style cable with in-line controls. A Y-splitter audio/mic for computer use is also included. No manual or instructions, but there isn't much to a wired headset. The mute and volume controls are on the 3.5mm cable, so there are no buttons or switches on the headset itself. The microphone slides in and out of the left ear cup and is flexible.
Sound quality is about average and so is the microphone. I got no echo problems with the mic on PS4 or PC and people could hear me well enough. The sound quality and bass is pretty solid and for a stereo headset you can detect where certain sounds like gunfire or footsteps are coming from. So they pass the gaming test overall.
The style of the headphones is a bit clunky and bulky looking. These won't win any style points and are a bit big. The all plastic design is a little cheap feeling and the way the headband expands and shortens to fit your head doesn't feel very durable. It's not a traditional design of an adjustable band with a metal inner band.
So if you are in the market for a solid, yet uninspired headset on a budget, these will get the job done. I would recommend these if you aren't looking to spend big $$ on a headset.

Good all around printer/scanner for basic needs

Good all around printer for basic needs, but wouldn't be a very good option if you do a lot of printing. It does all your basics, plus has a scanner built in.
The set up can be done from your phone, or your computer by going to the website included with the set up instructions. Pretty simple and usual set up process and it will run a couple of test pages both front and back. The printer display is a little on the small side, so if you are like me you may need to really eye ball it to be able to read it. The printer is also a little on the noisy side while it is active, but that really isn't a big problem and you cant expect a more quiet operation from a basic, lower priced printer.
The ink cartridges are always a concern to me with printers. This one uses just a basic 2 cartridge arrangement, black and color. How long they will last will be interesting, since they aren't overly large. The printer does come with both cartridges included, but nothing else other than a power cord, instructions and a sample pack of photo paper.
So all in all, this is a really good option for a no frills printer/scanner. I have printed off of it several times and it always gets right to work and no huge delays over wifi. I would recommend this for a general use printer.

Nice configuration settings, but comfort lacks

This is a cool looking mouse to begin with. The honeycomb looking lights are slick and the wheel also lights up. You can use this mouse wired with the included USB cable, USB dongle or via Bluetooth. I opted to use the dongle as I feel it gives a little better reliability than Bluetooth.
There are several configuration options and the 2 side buttons on the left can be set to your preference. Downloading the SWARM allows you to go in and do a lot of cool tweaks and changes to the mouse functions and even the lights on the mouse. It really is a great mouse for those who want to tweak the settings and sensitivity for gaming. The mouse is also rechargeable with the included USB-C cable, so no worry about batteries.
The mouse itself is kind of lacking in form. It's mainly just a standard design like you would find in a basic office mouse. The mouse is mid sized, so if you are accustomed to a larger, more curved and taller designed mouse, then this one might feel a little cheap. The scrolling wheel and the buttons do have a bit of a cheap feel to them, not of a premium feel.
So overall this is a very solid mouse that has plenty of setting options, just not a premium feel. I like it, but those who are used to a high performance gaming mouse might be a little disappointed.

The real downfall of these earbuds is the fact that they are basically a one size fits all product for many different size ears. If your ears are on the smaller size, then these won't stay in well at all. They do have a silicone sleeve that goes over each one, but that doesn't help matters at all. Plus if your ears are on the smaller size, not only is it hard to get them seeded in properly in your ears, but the volume level will be low. In order to get the proper loudness out of these they need to be seeded into your ear canal very well. There are no volume controls on these, so if your ear is small these won't fit properly and the volume level will be low. Even at max volume on your phone or device these will not be that loud. A really bad design that I'm sure many will have issues with.
The earbuds themselves are well made and have a nice, sturdy charging case. The included USB-C charging cable is, however, ridiculously short. Not sure why they skimped out so badly on the cable. These have about 3 hours of play, which is pretty subpar. Problem you get is you have to play them so loud that it eats up the battery quick. Overall, these are a pass in my opinion. There are literally hundreds of different earbuds available on the market and these fall short in key areas. I would definitely try the fit of these before you buy if at all possible.

If you are looking for a gaming PC that will play MOST games without issue, this one should suffice. I would have liked to see a 1TB HDD instead of a 512GB, but that can be upgraded if needed. This model runs off the i5 processor, so it will run most games well enough on mid settings. I do like the GeForce 1660ti graphics card used in this model. That's a good bang for the buck choice. If you try try to run some really high requirement games you will run into issues. But for the most part, this will be a good option for a more casual gamer, just not the hard core gamers who want/need the high end best.
For those who just want a plug and play gaming PC that won't break the bank, here ya go. Now this will no doubt not appeal to the really tech junkies who like to create and build their own gaming rig themselves, spending thousands.
This seems to run the latest Call of Duty games pretty smoothly without any real technical issues. Those are the games my son really loves to play, so that was an important requirement.

Really like the tv. Picture and sound quality are great and the tv is a good value because it isn't burdened with "smart" tv features or 3D. I was disappointed that it didn't have PIP. I didn't even think to look twice as I thought that was a pretty basic feature.

Pros: Paid $50 for a pair during Black Friday which is one heck of an deal. Polk makes nice looking speakers with pretty good audio quality. T15 are perfect computer speakers, small enough to be placed almost any where, and more powerful than your typical Creative or Logitech speakers. The biggest downside I had was using bookshelf speakers as part of my home theater 7.1 setup, something T15s cannot handle.
Cons: I purchased T15s speakers to complete my 7.1 Surround Sound setup. I'm using Polk Monitor 75s for my front, Polk 70S for my rear, Polk TSX150C for my center, and BIC F12 for my Subs. Upon testing my floor standing speakers completely drowns out these book shelf speakers, I couldn't even tell they were on unless I put my ears right next to them or turn all speakers volume down to -2 and kept the T15 at 10. So I sold this model to my brother for the same price to upgrade his PC speakers, at which they sound great.
Other Thoughts
For PC speakers I would rate these and 5 out of 5, but for home theater setups with floor standing speakers, you will be better off going with Polk Monitors 40-45 for $120-80.

I have the Monitor 70 Series II for fronts, as well as Monitor 50 Series II for side surrounds. I'm currently using the T15's for rear surround. You must have set up your system wrong or something. I have my surround setup perfectly balanced and in no way do the T15's not hold up their end of the sound chain. Run an auto setup or tweak it yourself, but there should be no reason you can't hear the T15's clearly. Perhaps you were using a receiver mode that didn't properly use the speakers?

Our 14 yr. old grandson had picked this stereo out after testing ALL the stereos on ALL the shelves. He is very meticulous about his musical instruments, speakers, headphones and ear buds and when he heard the sounds, tones and bass come out of this compact stereo he was gleaming. Just as they were about to close his brother reached up and found the button that turned on the lights in the speaker! That was priceless!! He had asked for a speaker with lights in it. It works great! People were awesome, got a price match ad, they helped us wrap it up to hide it the day we purchased it! The quality and sound and functionality is a 10 out 10. We have had it for about a month now.
