Great price for the bundle-had everything my daughter needed to just set it up and start playing right out of the box. It came with a game console, one controller, kinetic and three games. And since Xbox One came out, the games for Xbox 360 were dirt cheap. My only complaints are that it only came with one controller and the third game had to be downloaded from the internet. I live out in the country and have only DSL.

I've been searching for a dryer for some time before running across the Amana electric dryer on the Best Buy advertisement. For $299.00, you can't beat that kind of deal. The old dryer had died and instead of trying to get it fixed, it just would have been cheaper to buy a new one and haul it myself. The instructions on putting the dryer power cord is very vague and I had to take an educated guess at it-I guess I did it right when it didn't catch on fire. Great dryer for the price. Only complaint, very noisy.

Dr. Herbert West is back, and so are a number of the recently dead in this installment in the Re-Animator series, which gets a simple, but effective, presentation on DVD. Beyond Re-Animator has been given a letterboxed transfer to disc in the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1, and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital 5.1. The dialogue is in English, with no multiple language options. Bonus materials include a commentary track from director Brian Yuzna, a short documentary on the making of the film, a music video, and the picture's original trailer.

The good doctor goes beyond his original work

I was suprised that there was a third installment to this wonderful, quirky, gross fest movie and I had to have it. The story was original, tied the other two movies together, and he went beyond just resurrecting dead corpse. He gave them memories of their formal life, feelings and at the end love. The left it wide open at the end for another possible sequel, which I read on Wikipedia that it would be titled, House of the Re-Animator and had to do with bringing either the vice-president or the president back to life. You never know, it could happen, I'll ask Jeff Combs at the Convention next month when I see him.

Loosely adapted from H.P. Lovecraft's Herbert West -- Re-Animator comes this sequel to one of the wildest, bloodiest, and funniest horror films to ever come down the pipe. Set eight months after the gruesome events of the first film, the follow-up opens with the demented Herbert West (Jeffrey Combs) continuing to perfect his "re-agent" formula to regenerate dead tissue with the help of his ever-troubled assistant Dan Cain (Bruce Abbott). New characters include suspicious policeman Lt. Chapham (Claude Earl Jones) and Dr. Cain's old flame Francesca (Fabiana Udenio). Returning to Miskatonic Hospital after a short stint in the military, Dr. West and the reluctant, often unwitting, Cain plan to create new life from a patchwork of body parts -- including the heart of Cain's beloved girlfriend. However, things quickly get out of hand thanks to the snooping of Lt. Chapham and the return of the evil decapitated Carl Hill (David Gale) who wants revenge for his beheading. There's also the problem of West's dozens of oddball creations who want out of the dungeon in which they're trapped. It all comes to a head as Cain and West resurrect their "bride" just as Dr. Hill literally flies in to take his vengeance with the help of West's freakish creations.

If you're a fan to the original Re-Animator, you'll love this one. The good doctor goes beyond just re-animating dead bodies to actually constructing one out of many body parts-kind of like when Dr. Frankenstein decide to create Frankenstein his own bride. Of course like every good intentions, things don't always goes according to plan. Check this movie out, you will love it.

I watched this movie on DishNetwork video on demand. If you don't want to be disappointed in the movie, don't read the book first. The movies skips over alot of needed details, a crucial character from the book is missing in the film and some parts of the film just did not make sense. I've been a long time admirer of Don Coscarelli for his brilliant low budget film Phantasm that I thought this would turn out the same but sadly it didn't. I still enjoyed the movie, I just wish I hadn't read the book first.
What's great about it: Good special effects for a low budget movie.
What's not so great: The film skipped over half of what was in the book.

Those mischievous green terrors are back for seconds in Gremlins 2: The New Batch. Warner has done a very presentable job at making sure this 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen print looks very crisp and clean. Aside of just a smidgen of edge enhancement, this picture appears to boast sharp, detailed colors and well defined black levels. The soundtrack is presented in a newly remastered Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround mix in English, along with a Dolby 2.0 Surround track in English, French and Spanish. The 5.1 mix does a fine job of making sure the soundtrack is crystal clear, though directional effects are rather slim and spotty. All aspects of the soundtrack are free of any hiss or distortion. Also included on this disc are English, French and Spanish subtitles. Warner has gone the extra mile to throw a few extra features on this disc, starting with a commentary track by director Joe Dante and producer Mike Finnell. This is mildly funny track that features multiple stories about the cast, effects and difficulties working with little green puppets. A gag reel of funny flubs is included, as well as an entertaining behind-the-scenes featurette which is a parody of other boring featurettes found on most discs. An ample amount of deleted footage running over 20 minutes is included with optional commentary and allows viewers to see what ended up on the cutting room floor. Finally there is a goofy game called "The Gremlins Files," a theatrical trailer for the film, and a list of the cast and crew members.

I loved this and the original movie when I was a child. I bought this movie for my daughter on DVD because she was wearing out the movie that was recorded on VHS tape. Now she has the original, part two and a dancing, singing gremlin-she is very happy and content. There are some violent scenes and black humor but nothing my daughter hasn't seen watching cartoons. I highly recommend this movie. Your kids will love you for it.
What's great about it: Good price
