Long life, great buy!

I bought the battery as a precautionary back-up, but I haven't needed it yet! A fully charged battery lasts a long time, and I've taken many flash images over the past six weeks or so, and all with the Image Stabilizer turned on. The manual states leaving the IS on uses up battery life quicker, but that hasn't been the case. Of course, I wouldn't suggest not buying a back up battery, but so far, I haven't needed to use it. I'm thrilled with its long life and quality. Also, the battery fully charged in half the time the manual indicated it would take (in about 2 hours vs. 4 hours)--another big plus.
What's great about it: Fast charging and LONG LASTING
What's not so great: Nothing, so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

External flash a necessity

The Speedlight is easy to use and greatly improved the quality of my flash pictures when I needed professional quality. I don't tend to use flash a lot, but after testing the Canon T2I for about a week with just the built-in flash, I went right back to the store to get the Speedlight. The bounce flash mode and the wide angle diffuser work great.
What's great about it: Beautiful results with little effort--almost instant gratification!
What's not so great: When taking vertical shots, can't bounce flash with unit attached to camera.
I would recommend this to a friend!

camera bundles

adds says bundle available in store, than also says only available online shopping which is it.
I bought the Canon T2i with the bundled items--extra lens, gadget bag, etc. All were in stock in my local store. I think if the ad says only available online, it's because they're out of stock. I would check with the individual stores because they seem to act independently. It helps to ask the store manager in person--mine was great to work with.
