Worked great for about a month and then stopped humidifying even with the instructed care. Since mid January I have been instructed by Bionaire to keep calling back to check when a repacement was back in stock. About a month ago I was told it was back in their inventory and needed to pass inspection before being sent out and to check back in a week. I've been checking back weekly and now the rep says it probably won't be back in stock until August because its a higher end product and not a popular product this time of year. Shouldn't they be ready to rectifying higher end product problems quickly and there are plenty of parts of the U.S. that require humidifier use this time of year. The features were great, performance didn't last so the quality is poor and value is overpriced for something thats collecting dust taking up space. Got this to use in my newborn room and I'm extremely dissappointed that I've continuosly been misled and can't get a definite replacement date for my " high end product".
