Works well with my nVidia 960GTX for gaming. The 5ms response time is great for games like Fallout 4 and Elite Dangerous. No stuttering or screen tearing.
Might want to keep the 'SUPER RESOLUTION+' and 'Response Time' settings disabled. They actually caused distortion and stuttering in most of the games I tested. Works fine with them disabled.
BTW, the Best Buy specs are inaccurate; the max resolution for this monitor is 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz, not 75Hz.

I tried different response time settings in Fallout 4 and Bioshock Infinite, and even the lowest setting caused images to stutter while moving. That is with a GTX 960, so it may behave different with other cards. I don't notice any issues with leaving it off.
