I like Zagg but IMO they are over priced. We had it put on when we bought the iPad mini because I wanted some kind of protection. My only problem is when you use a stylet, it is not a smooth wipe.
What's great about it: Looks good
What's not so great: cost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The whole package. In a smaller package.A beautiful display, powerful A5 chip, FaceTime HD camera, iSight camera with 1080p HD video recording, ultrafast wireless, and over 275,000 apps ready to download from the App Store. iPad mini is an iPad in every way, shape, and slightly smaller form.

My wife loves this iPad mini. She had a iPad 2 we traded in and (got a great deal from BB). She absolutely loves it. I would also like to have one, but I have an iPad3 I am not willing to downgrade screen quality, yet.
This is another great apple product......
Cannot wait till the next generation of mini's come out...it just may have my name on it!

Great scanner

Very nice and very fast. I bought mainly to scan pictures into my back up drive and it does a very good job of this. I also wanted to scan documents so I could edit them. I have yet to find OCR software that would do this properly; although the scanner works well making a jpeg or pdf from a document.
If anyone can recommend a means (software) to do this, please reply. I have purchased Readiris pro 14 but am struggling a bit with its recognition. Not sure if this is a scanner issue or software issue.
I do think the scanner is very good and priced well.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, easy to use
What's not so great: CD did not have MAC compatible software
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wish I learned about this a while back. Used to make my Ooma phone wireless. It works great, no problems.

Wirelessly surf, email, stream HD video, on-line game, make Internet phone calls. Less interference and better connections using dual band Wireless-N. Better speed and range than other USB Wireless-N adapters. Easy and secure wireless connections. Works with older Wi-Fi as well as new Wireless-N networks.

I purchased this modem and brought it home. Installation was simple and the performance is just as I expected, excellent. My overall speeds with this modem improved from 16mb download to an average of 24mb download.
What more can I ask for? Great product!
I'd also like to add that I love being able to purchase a product online and have it ready for pick up within a very small time frame.

what router to use
I have a desktop computer, a laptop and Tivo and use a G router. Tivo loses connection every 6 months. Do I need an N router? Which one is reliable and easy to set up?
I cannot be certain if yoru router is the problem, however, if you are looking for a new router, I strongly recommend the Netgear Model WNDR3700.
It is fast, easy to set up and works flawlessly with my setup. I have 1 2T NAS backup, 1 Apple TV, 1 Roku, 2 laptops, my AT&T MicroCell and a PC connected all the time. You can configure the dual band so that you get maximum performance from each hardware you have connected to it.
