This switch features a VGA port and 2 USB ports that let you share the use of a monitor and 2 USB peripherals, such as a mouse and a keyboard, between 2 different computers. The plug-and-play design allows easy setup.

Product does what it's supposed to and easy to use

I am using Windows 7 on one PC and Windows 8 on a laptop, and the device works flawlessly. It was easy to hook up and switching PC's is as easy as pressing a button. This functionality is much easier and more reliable compared to KVM switches that use "Hotkeys" to toggle computers.
This switch also works with COMBO keyboards and mouse setups sharing one USB dongle. It obviously also works with a separate Keyboard and Mouse setup as well.
Overall, great product at a fair price and does what its supposed to with great ease and reliability.
