Unless you want to seriously regret it. I am just two weeks past the return deadline ( 45 days for Elite Plus) or this thing would already be gone. About two weeks ago, Samsung issued a firmware revision. That revision required that you agree to allow them to add advertising to the Smart TV function of the TV. You were required to agree to a blank dialog box. If you declined, the TV would not exit the endless loop. Samsung issue revised firmware the next day, but it ended up adding the advertising without any agreement. It has continued to get worse over these two weeks. Unfortunately, I was out of town for 10 days at the end of the return period, and now that I'm back, and past the return date, it has turned into my worst TV ever. Now the screen has started going black while watching cable TV, Xbox and ROKU. (Which I bought so I did not have to use their Smart functions). It goes black, comes back, goes black, comes back and so on. From what I have read, this is happening to a lot of Samsung TV's and seems to be software related. I can still pull up the Smart TV menu at the bottom while the screen is black. So just 60 days into owning this TV, I am going to be forced to endure the endless and unsatisfying nightmare called Samsung "support". Just read about dealing with them on any product. Besides, do you really want a product that costs $6000 and has major issues 60 days into ownership? I currently own 5 Samsung TV's. I will never buy another Samsung. Read and believe all of the alarming reviews and support concerns on these TV's. Don't make the same mistake I did.

When I decided to see if there was anything Best Buy could do for me even though I had the 75KS9000 just over 60 days, I found out about their extended holiday return policy. The TV purchase was just barely in the specified window and I was able to return it. I felt like I just won $6000 in the lottery. So I just wanted to follow up to put in a few good words about Best Buy. I am so happy to be out from under that TV.
