There are some legends here like Lefty frizzell, johnny cash, and carl perkins but the best stuff on here is by obscure artists. The title song by Larry Collins and the song bop-a-lena are extremely wild and out of control. Almost like 70s punk. This was a great surpise of a cd
Dolph Lundgren is He-Man in this live-action version of Masters of the Universe. The disc contains a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. English, Spanish, and French subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a commentary track by director Gary Goddard, a theatrical trailer, and an explanation of the different characters who inhabit the fantasy world created in the film. Whatever one thinks of the film itself, this is a very strong DVD with much to offer a fan of the film.
I hated this when I was a kid and saw it at the theater. It wasn't like the cartoon. I have seen it maybe twice before I bought it not liking it. I decided I wanted to see this again. I watched with no expectations and I enjoy it now. I really like that this is before the use of CGI
I was a casual fan of Sammy Hagar. I knew about 9 of these songs. Listening to this cd it occured to me that out of 20 songs I really would only want to hear 4 of them again. I felt very disappointed in this
This is a pretty good doc. A lot of thoughtful discussion and lots of cool comic art. But I think it should have been a little shorter because the last 15 mins or so my mind started to wander some
This is put out by Full Moon pictures. If you don't know them they put out micro-budget horror films. This is one of the best films the studio has ever made
I love this album but at first I only liked a few songs. I think you have to be open-minded to fully enjoy this. For example, both the cure and pantera both have spots on this album. As well as shoegaze stuff and industrial.
I'm a fan of Takeshi Kitano's gangster films but this one was lacking. It's ok. He has much better films in my opinion. This is just a one time watch for me. It's not terrible but not great either. Mediocre
This is a pretty cool and informative documentary. I was wanting some matches which were not included. This is a one disc version so on the three disc version there are probably matches as extras.
The original sniper from 1992 is a classic. The sequels not so much so I approached this with caution. This movie rocks. It is almost as good as the original film. This is better than a lot of theatrical releases. Don't know why it was direct to dvd.
