great album, turn it up and jump around

every track is immediately catchy and while it still flows from The Dollyrots punk and slightly pop roots, the band is starting to sprinkle more influences into the mix. the album invokes moments of ‘90’s alternative, like Veruca Salt, which is awesome, because that was when the radio was still good! the album "A Little Messed Up" has those toe-tapping, air guitar hooks you've come to expect from The Dollyrots, as well as the sugar-coated attitude and sly wink that underlays most of their lyrics. Kim Shattuck (The Muffs) lends her backing vocals to the track "Some Girls."
What's great about it: super catchy and fun!
I would recommend this to a friend!
