Having a prior Windtunnel (also bagged & now a basement-room cleaner), I am pleased with the improvements made, especially being able to turn off the brush so it no longer eats away the rug, cord, etc. when using attachments. Easy to push and navigate, and really good attachments (the power hand tool is great for stairs and chairs/couches). Great suction, but I haven't tried it with the regular paper 'Y' bag yet, still using the original cloth-like bag which can not be found anywhere. My only gripe is that the push-button power switch should be easier to work, and not require such firmness and press-depth to work.
What's great about it: makes vacuuming a lot less of a pain (not a fan of vacuuming)
What's not so great: Push button on/off switch sometimes takes multiple tries.
