My service when they delivered it was not they tried to tell our room mate that we had roaches and I was very upset by this accusation and I call the store and nobody called me back I will make sure people know how I was treated and not responded to by your company. I can assure u I don't have and never did have roaches if they didn't want to take the old one Thais is all they had to say and we paid for the removal of the old one not exceptable
