Has anyone ordered this in the black stainless and had issues with scratches? Also how are the knobs on the front? Do they get bumped/hit easily and turn on?

I haven't had issues with scratches yet. The knobs do stick out and turn on easily. We have leaned up against them and bumped in to them and had them turn on. It does beep when they turn on to notify you.
