I purchased as an additional TV for game room. I highly recommend the Greek Squad Protection Plan on any electronic devices. The cost of repair out of manufactures warranty would make it a throw away TV.

Keep your home networking equipment working when the electricity goes out with this APC Back-UPS Network 40 BN4001 UPS that features 4 battery-backup and surge-protection outlets to ensure electronics remain powered during outages.
Can it prevent restarting the modem when power outage? I want my Internet connection still alive from a quick power outage. Thanks.
I have 2 of these one on my satellite tv receiver and the other on the cable modem and have had no problems with brief power outages lasting no longer than 10 minutes.
The UPS replacement batteries are a bit expensive and for the difference in price, I'd purchase a new APC UPS rather than hot swapping the battery.

Yes, at least it works on version of Xbox I have.
