I bought this along with the S-3 Frontier watch. It is an added protection just in-case you scratch the dial face. It is tedious to install. The personal at Best Buy installed this for me. An old adage came to mind when I bought the protector after purchasing the S-3 watch. An ounce of protection is worth more than a pound of cure. Certainly beats the wait for getting the watch fixed if the watch-face glass cracks.

Purchased this watch as a multi-function device. I use it for messages, reminders, the obvious - a wrist watch and health step monitor. It has enough memory to do most any Samsung Apps. Disadvantage, functionality from the watch is based on what phone it is paired with. It does not work with older blue-tooth phone such as S-5. Check the compatibility chart before your purchase. It is a high end device that is typically used with newer high end phones. The watch speaker is not very loud if you are planning to use in conjunction with a phone call. The vibration alerts work great.
I get about 12 to 14 hours out of the battery on light usage and about 6 - 8 moderate usage and text. I strongly advise getting the additional warranty from Best Buy along with the watch face / screen protector. No, I haven't taken it swimming nor do I plan to.

These alkaline batteries have a long shelf life, letting you stock up now without worrying about low performance later. Purchased the set, one white and one black helmet for the grandchildren after seeing, then purchasing the Blu-Ray disc set.. Adjustable straps are a great improvement from previous versions. Downfall is the mic / audio output. Changing batteries did not solve the low audio issue but not a show stopper....hence the 4 star rating.

Having a backup against a disk drive failure is great. Is this also a backup against ransomware? If my computer gets infected with ransomware and the files on my computer get encrypted, will the copies on myCloud also get encrypted?
If the files are corrupted, then unless you have some form of firewall / antivirus installed that checks your files before they are 'transferred' or copied; then the answer is yes they, along with any other files you may have on the drive will become infected also.

Does this subport 2 phone line?
have 2 phone lines to my CHARTER tv moden plus a wi/fi routor, will this replace the routor, and still allow 2 phone lines, or would i still need the charter modem
It does not have a VOIP (phone) connector.

Can I remotely log on and bump my kids off?
It works for me. You can put timers in place to block or the easiest thing may be to log in and do a reboot or turn Wi-Fi on or off.

The one I purchased does have a 3 prong plug. I would suggest having your power receptacle ground verified if your concern is about grounding. If the receptacle ground isn't correctly configured or missing, then I doubt having a 3 prong ground chord from the UPS wouldn't be of any value or protection.
