Hi,
I first ordered this product on the Best Buy internet site and it arrived broken...tried to bring back to the San Rafael store and they would not take, said it was from a contracted vendor and I would have to return to them. Ended up buying another at the store and that worked well, have not returned the other to contracted vendor as it was just too much trouble over the Christmas rush with so much else to do...will not order from Best Buy site over the internet again.
