This is probably my 5th or 6th Galaxy phone. I've had notes and edges and this one is replacing an S7. I had gotten an 8 and returned it for a 7. Hated the 8. But I like this one a lot. Great display. I like buttons so for me to give a favorable review to a device that has none is surprising.

Third Samsung with the "edge" and I'm over it.

I really liked my first "edge" phone. It was some note edge or other. It had the curved edge on one side and I liked the usability and features and yet it was still a sturdy phone. Then I had the Samsung S6 edge. Meh. I hardly use the edges and the phone is SUPER fragile. But I DO like the waterproof aspect of these phones so I went for the 8. I think I'm going to return it. Display is big and nice but adds little. The phone is very fussy near the edges so I have a lot of typos on letters like "p" that hover over the edge. It's annoying. Not sure what phone I might like better though. And having a waterproof phone buys me little when it doesn't have a place to attach a lanyard. I really wish it had a little bar like the old phones had where you could fasten a handstrap. A water proof phone that sinks buys you little if you drop it in the lake.

It fits. It works. It is the right brush for my Neato Botvac Connected. OH. And I like it MUCH better than the ones with the little brushes. This rubbery squeegy like brush stays clean while cleaning well. I have only tile and wood floors with no carpets (except a couple of throw rugs.) So the brushes buy me little in terms of cleaning effectiveness. And hair, etc doesn't get caught in this type of brush.

The magnets aren't really strong enough to be effective imho. I returned this and got one with retractable cables. For the price it's pretty nice though. The other one was MUCH more expensive. I also prefer the buttons, etc on this one to the one with the retractable cables. I don't know. If you don't mind that the earbud may not stay seated on the neckpiece this might be a good option for you.

Does the pan and tilt function go beyond the original screen view, or only allow you to zoom in on something already within view of the camera?
It can not be redirected remotely. Only zoom and enhance within the original view. I have also Amcrest cameras that do allow you to turn, raise and lower the camera. Also good cameras, but I have come to use only the Nest cameras because they are always there. Sometimes the Amcrest just drops off. Also the reviewing previous timeframes is SO easy on the Nest, so if I want to see something that happened in the past, it is very easy to find.
