The phone has very good audio quality. It rivals the old Western Electric dial phones for audio quality. The display is sharp and convenient and had little or no issues running thru the menu and setting up the phone. The ring tone selections to choose from could be greater but they serve the purpose. The caller ID is 2 lines so you see the number and origination point usually. The price was right for my budget.

Great phone that meets all my needs

Finally I don't have to carry around two devices when I'm doing something that needs a larger screen than my S4 had. The Note 4 phablet is a nice compromise between screen size and practical phone size. After reading the reviews for the Note 5, I decided to go with the Note 4 because of it's replaceable battery and SD card slot - neither of which is available in the Note 5. Remembering I have the stylus to use seems to be a challenge for me, but I like it when I remember it. Great for taking notes in meetings or jotting down quick thoughts and to-dos.

Decent tuning

I purchased this to replace another that had too small a tuning capacitor. Stations were stacked on top of each other. This one has a fairly decent sensitivity and wide enough bandspread to tune decently. The FM tuning is susceptible to AM interference from a toaster or microwave tho.

Minimum quantity of 4 batteries/pkg is a waste of resources and money. I use one C battery a year in my alarm clock. The other 3 batteries will get lost in the meantime or their shelf life will expire waiting to be used. Hound Best Buy and other retailers to stock single batteries.

The TV has all the features I need. and it's footprint is small enough to sit on the end of my computer desk return. Since the built in audio is poor, the existence of ACR on HDMI port 2 allows TV audio to be fed back to a home theater system over the HDMI cable connected to a Blue Ray or DVD player that supports ACR input. Otherwise the user will have to connect separate audio cables.

5.1 ch blu ray home entertainment system
when i am watching a movie the system turns off,and then it turns on my it self why happing? also the second issue that i am having is the system turns on by self i need to take it off from the power competly. what are my options?
Is there another remote control that could be interfering? If not, send it back for repair.

Speaker cable does NOT come with this...why not?
I got all six speaker cables with mine. Check with Best Buy, they have a 15 day return policy I think. You'll need the cables with the "Samsung ends" to connect them to the blue ray player, bare wire won't work.

how can i get tv to play thru the suround sound? also tv has no optical output
if your TV has ACR on one of the HDMI ports, you can select ACR (Audio Channel Return) in the Settings>Audio menu of the Blue Ray Player. The options are Auto, Off and On. The drawback I found, and may not be an issue with your TV/BR player combination, is that it does not automatically recognize the audio input so I have to choose the On setting. Every time I shut the player off the setting resets to Auto and I have to manually go into the settings menu and select Auto each time I watch TV. A royal pain that I will contact Samsung about. You'll have to connect the BR player to the TV using an HDMI cable, not via the RCA cables. If ACR is not available from your TV use the RCA audio outputs from either the TV or your cable box (if you have one) to the aux inputs on the Blue Ray player. You may have to set the audio sync in Settings>Audio to something other than 0 in that case so speech matches the lip movement. Some cable boxes have optical outputs also. Good luck.
