Ordered this desk online and had drop shipping. Box was delivered ripped in half with numerous pieces missing. Customer service was excellent in setting up return and exchange. Second delivery was actually delivered earlier than expected.
Desk is sturdy with nice finishes. The power strip with USB outlets is a very nice addition to the desk setup. The instructions and images were unclear and somewhat lacking. However, with basic conceptual knowledge you can assemble this desk in about an hour.
