Excellent But Devastating

The events portrayed in this movie are devastating because they are true. As Americans, we are all aware that slavery is part of our history, but this movie shows us this unimaginable catastrophe close-up and personal. If you have the stomach for this part of our nation's history, then this is a must-see.

What's not so great: To think that these events actually occurred in our country.

I have a 4k TV and the Sony - BDPS6500 - Streaming 4K Upscaling 3D Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player - Black - My question is- Why won't it play 4K movies? it is telling me "No Disc available" It is not reading it but will read a regular blue ray disc.

Unfortunately, this is not a 4K player...it only upscales lesser picture quality discs, i.e., standard DVD, Blu-Ray, etc., to 4K quality. This player gives you the opportunity to watch all your older DVDs at 4k, but does not actually play 4K discs. This player also has the advantage of playing many other different formats of discs, including SACD, which is a huge plus for audiofiles.
