I was disappointed with the depth of the pedestal. I am unable to store some of the bottles because they are too tall to fit. I was hoping to be able to utilize all of the space for this purpose. I think it should have a taller storage space.

Sounds like it needs to re-synque . plug into power source and press button until it goes to the re set mode. Or if you have it paired to a device set it to synque

How long until the website and stores get restocked?
I noticed it is also sold out on the Fitbit website.
I think the fitbit charge has been replaced by the fitbit alta so I think the company has discontinued production
