Water/Ice unit leaks!

The Good: Initially, I thought it a great fridge that definitely offers a ton of space, which is perfect for my growing family. The small drawer is perfect for snacks and baby food. The quick access are in the front is also really handy. The French door design keeps the things that you need to get to most often at easiest reach.
The Bad: It get marks and fingerprints very easily and isn't the easiest appliance to clean. To add to the issue, the water spout out front sprays really hard and often splashes onto the front of the stainless finish. I spend more time than I'd like cleaning it. Also the light on the front shines out toward you and not down to where you place your cup for water or ice. Because of this, it is blindingly bright and really annoying.
The Ugly: I have two MAJOR issues with this fridge. First, the touch pad that you use to select ice type and lighting simply doesn't work most of the time. I have to press buttons several times and very hard to get the touch pad to work. The model in the store did not have this issue (one of the reasons we bought this one over another model). Second, the water/ice unit leaks. There is constantly a small puddle in the front of the refrigerator and drops of water on the floor. This can be dangerous if you have small children who use the kitchen a their own personal racetrack. I have had this fridge for just over a month and have had the part replaced by Geek Squad to no avail. Because if this, I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. I would expect a $3000 fridge to work without any issue.
