If I buy the phone through Best Buy for the 2 year contract price, am I able to stay on my current Verizon plan and just renew my 2 year contract which recently ended?
yes if you are going to keep the same number then you will have the same plan just tell then you are upgrading they will check to see if you are eligiblefor an upgrade then they would put it through as an upgrade no number or plan change

If I purchase the Galaxy s7 thru Best buy for $199 will my line access fee from Verizon change from $20 to $40?
check with Verizon but if you are getting a new line it will change if you are adding a line to your existing plan it may get grandfathered in but Verizon would be the best one to ask

It has been 8 days since I activated my phone and I have not received my e-Gift card for $150. Has anyone else had problems receiving this in a timely manner???
I received mines immediately. Go to store with your receipt to show date of your purchase if it was doing the time of offer they are suppose to honor it. Good Luck
