This Game of the Year Edition includes a host of Story and Warband Missions, Challenge modes, Runes, Skins and more to enhance your Shadow of Mordor experience.
Maybe I should have done more research before purchasing this game. Shadow of Mordor is the reason I bought an Xbox One. However, I was disappointed to discover it follows the Arkham Asylum-esque battle systems we see so much anymore. That may make me biased in my review since i absolutely hate that system as it's always so slow and clunky but I failed to get very far into the game because of it.
For fans of the fighting mechanics of the Batman games I would definitely recommend this. Anyone else I would say to give it a pass.
When I first saw this I expected another Lilo & Stitch (the film was advertised to be made by the creator of How to Train Your Dragon and The Croods, whom I assumed to mean Chris Sanders - creator of Lilo & Stitch.) However, it was not as I expected. Upon second viewing I determined I very much enjoy the film even if it's not DreamWorks best work.
Sandler's films have seem to hit rock bottom lately but this film is an enjoyable romp with a few nearly great scenes. It's not Oscar worthy but I would definitely recommend it to any game lover as a film to sit down, shut their brain off and enjoy for an hour and a half.
Own the Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians Bundle, featuring a 1TB custom console and controller, a full game download of Halo 5: Guardians, the Warzone REQ Bundle that includes 14 premium Requisition Packs, FOTUS-class armor and multiplayer emblem. It also includes a Guardian model by Metal Earth, Halo: The Fall of Reach — Animated Series, Blue & Osiris team dossiers, and Spartan Locke's Classified Orders. With design inspired by Spartan Locke and UNSC technology, this extraordinary console and controller take you deeper into the Halo Universe. From the metallic blue accents and military insignias to the custom sound effects, this is dedicated to Halo fans.
This will not be a review of the console itself. The halo design is very nice and the custom sounds are a cool idea but are very loud. Because of this I cannot switch discs during my nighttime gaming. It does include a digital copy of the game - though I would have personally preferred a physical disc. It also includes the spartan Locke controller to match the Locke design.
Overall, it's a good buy for an avid Halo fan but not worth the extra money for those who don't necessarily find value in collecting game-related materials.
