I'm not giving it 5 stars because they messed up while scheduling the appointment the first time and wasted my Saturday because of that. Basically something happened that my appointment didn't properly get set up on their system and I only learned it when they didn't show up and I had to wait for another week. When they did come they worked pretty fast and were done within 30 minutes, no complaints there. Just make sure you get the appointment confirmation email.

Yes , I bought this for my brother in law and it will work as long as the chromecast apps work over there. For example, Hulu plus wont work since the service is only available in the US , but Netflix will work.
