You are forced to buy a cord when they should come with the appliance. Companies do not include these any more so that you have to pay extra. There is no way to operate the machine without a cord so you are forced to buy it.

It is nice and quiet and washes good but I do not really like the new system. They do not dry the dishes. I realize this makes them more economical but I wish it dried better. It also seems to smell inside if you leave dishes in there for more than a day or two.
