I purchased this mainly for the Alexa component, as I already have navigation in the dash. The Alexa component was ok, though the speaker is not great - but you can connect to the stereo Bluetooth to improve that (though you can't listen to other Bluetooth music or be connected to the phone for music at the same time). The screen is terrible and the information displayed is just turn-by-turn (which I knew before purchase). Just wouldn't be worth it for someone wanting the navigation. I ended up returning it.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. Playing tunes from Apple Music is easily accommodated through the Sonos App, with the ability to further control playback/pause, volume up/down, and skipping tracks from the capactive touch controls on top of the speaker. Alexa stills needs a bit of work - she speaks louder than the speaker volume control is set for which is disturbing - but they may be able to improve that with software updates. The microphones don't hear as well as the Amazon Echo, but the speaker is much, much better.

is this click switch the same as a hub.
If you connect this switch directly to the internet router, than yes, it will act as a hub communicating to all other devices on the network that are connected to it. If you connect it down the network somewhere connected to another hub or switch, it will act as just a switch. A hub is really just the first switch in the network, but they function similarly.

What does Pro & Pro2 come loaded with? Files, apps, Office, word/note, games, photo, etc?
They both come with the same standard apps delivered with Windows 8/Windows 8.1. Mail, Calendar, Photos, Calculator, etc. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is not standard on the Pro or Pro2. A trial version of Office is pre-installed, but a license purchase is required. The regular Surface (non-Pro version) comes with Office standard, but keep in mind the regular Surface runs Windows RT, a stripped down version of the full Windows OS. The best part of the Pro versions is the fact that it runs a full version of Windows 8/8.1 which means anything you can install on a regular desktop or laptop running Windows, you can install on the Surface Pro.

confused. what mircosoft surface, HAS the full version of office and can download programs like photoshop and itunes! please let me know!
Purchase the Microsoft Surface Pro or the Surface Pro 2. You will need to purchase the Office suite separately as it does not come standard with the Surface Pro. As for installing other software applications like Photoshop and iTunes, the Pro version runs a full version of Windows 8 - just like a laptop or desktop, so you really can install any piece of software like you would with a regular computer device! It's a great tool - more like a laptop, but also a tablet too!
