Bought this for a Christmas present. Upon boot up, the blue screen of death came up with a "system thread exception not handled" error and then said it would reboot. Did this a couple times until a screen came up to reset to factory settings. The process started, 3 hours later at 58% error came up that the process couldn't be completed and the computer would restart. At that point it just crashed on restart. Went to best buy and exchanged for another...
Opened up, turned it on and guess what... "system thread exception not handled" error! Kept it on that screen, took it back to best buy and the Geek Squad said they would need to reset to factory standards... been there done that! I said no thanks... would prefer to buy a product that works!
