The Best Washer You Can Buy for the Money!

We had an earlier model (13 years ago) of this same washer and it was great. Unfortunately, after 13 years of HARD use (at least one and usually 2-3 loads per day) it had a bad bearing or two and sounded like a F-15 taking off whenever we ran it. Other than that, it was a GREAT washer and lasted a solid 13 years which ain't bad.
This washer is absolutely GREAT! Not only is it simple to use but it cleans wonderfully in like half the time of the previous washer. For instance, towels come out thoroughly clean, soft, absorbent and feeling fresh. It has actually revitalized some of our older towels and made them seem new again!
Dark clothes are brilliantly cleaned, again, in half the time of the old washer, and come out soft, smelling fresh, and with minimal wrinkles. We bought the matching dryer too, and the pair are awesome!
Bottom line is that the price of the pair (matching dryer and washer) is less than the price of many competing washers alone! Combine the great price with the high-end performance and features and you have a winner.
In case you can't tell, I am very excited by this new washer but, I am an engineer, and as such I appreciate the quality and simple design elegance of this machine and it's matching dryer. But, don't just take it from me.... Check this short review at EnGadget where they say, "The LG WM3770HWA is the best front-loading washer, while the matching LG DLEX3370W makes a great dryer." or take a look at the Reviewed.com review (http://laundry.reviewed.com/content/lg-wm3770hwa-front-loading-washing-machine-review) who also loved it.
Bottom line, IMHO this is the best washer you can buy for the money especially when combined with BestBuy's generous discounts and price matching thingy. You cannot go wrong with this beauty!

Complete Waste of Money

They did such a poor job of wiring audio for home theater, I needed to remove everything they had done and redo it in a logical manner. Also, they attempted to hide wiring but got wires so tangled and stretched I had to buy some new cables.

I just received my brand new hours old LG washer. I noticed after the washer is done and I open the door that it is dripping a lot of water from this orange valve that’s on top of the boot/gasket.

I just had my washer delivered, but I can only see the cycle time in 3 cycles...when I change to other cycles , the cycle time doesnt come up on the control panel. I only see 3 dashes....does anyone have this same problem

Does this washer have a delicate/ hand wash cycle?
Yes, it has a "Delicates" cycle and it is quite gentle on clothes that need it. That said, my wife still will not wash certain things in a machine. She doesn't realize that the technology has advanced so that the machine's delicate cycle is just about the same as a hand wash!

Does the 51 and larger TV connect include assembly of tv stand or is that an additional fee
It requires and additional charge. Look for the furniture setup item and buy it. Also, just FYI, you will be better of going into the store to set all of this up. The online system doesn't seem to translate well into any sort of plan for your installation. They just come out and you have to go over what they are supposed to do (i.e. what you paid for) for them to do any of it.
