The Sanus Premium Outdoor Large Tilt Mount for TVs is an awesome addition to any outdoor entertainment setup. I recently used this mount to secure my 65" Samsung TV on a wall by the pool, and I gotta say, it totally exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been wearing this ring for a few weeks now, and I have to say that it far exceeds the functionality between my smartwatch and iOS device.
The sizing kit was shipped to me and was very easy to use. The manufacturer recommends that you keep the plastic sizing ring on for at least 24 hours and I strongly recommend that you follow that guidance. During my sizing period I adjusted the finger that my ring was on multiple times.
It takes a couple of weeks for the ring and the accompanying app to gather enough information in order to provide meaningful data and recommendations about your activity and your health. But once enough data is collected and synced up, the recommendations and insights are helpful and compelling. I love how the app doesn’t just provide recommendations, but explains the meaning behind the data, and the changes that are happening based on your activity levels.
I was a bit skeptical at first if this product would provide anything more enlightening than what I was already getting from my Health app. But my expectations were far exceeded and I find the Oura app and data to be far more valuable at tracking my activity and health.

I picked up this silicone case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. This wasn't a cheap phone for me. I went with the 1 TB model because I like to carry all of my music and business files with me. So it's always important that I have a solid protective case. I also have both a magnetic mount in my car and magsafe chargers scattered throughout my house and office to make charging available and easy for myself and my family.
When I purchased the phone, I went with the purple hue so I decided I wanted to grab a purple case to compliment it. There are a couple of elements of this case that I like and want to highlight. Lets start with the backside. While you can't see it in the photos, there is a nice lip around the camera section to keep it safe. Not too much, but high enough to protect the lenses from smashing into the ground should is fall. Same with the front of the case. A slight lip, but effective.
The case fits very well on the phone. Easy to install and provides access to all switches and buttons. All in all, this is a solid case, stylish and well worth the price.

The Best Photo Editing Software Available

I wouldn't consider myself a power-user of Photoshop at all. I've used the professional version of Photoshop off and on for decades, but I don't need all the power and complexity that comes with the full blown version.
So when I decided that I needed to use something more powerful than some of the free apps that I could find on the App Store or on the web, I decided to pull the trigger on this Photoshop Elements 2023 offering by Adobe and have been quite pleased with the application. I think one of the things that I found most useful and helpful is that Adobe has been able to combine some of its most powerful Photoshop editing tools into a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for an occasional user and amateur photographer like myself to achieve excellent results with my photo editing undertakings.
From the automated editing tasks that their build AI delivers to a great selection of filter effects, to the Overlays (animated effects), I've been able to add some cool animations to my photos and create short video clips that I share with my family and my daughter's soccer teammates of some of their game photos. I also love the guided edits functionality, which helps applying some of the app's most powerful tools, super easy to accomplish.

What an absolutely awesome compact drone. It’s one of the simplest drones I’ve ever used. It comes out of the box in its own well constructed carrying case that has a place for everything.
The drone comes pre-assembled with propellers. All I had to do was pull the battery out of the drone (and remove the foam spacer), and plug it and the remote in to the supplied charging cords. While the batteries were charging, I downloaded the companion app.
Once the batteries were charged, getting up in the air was pretty straightforward. I unfolded the arms of the drone, turned it on, and then turned on the remote, the remote beeps to signify. It is connected to the drone. A simple procedure is then required to orient the drone to your location in sync it up to GPS satellites.
I slipped my phone into the holder on the remote and connected to the drone, Wi-Fi net work and voilà. I had a video feed right there on my phone on the remote. The left joystick is used to raise and lower the altitude of the drone and turn the drone from side to side. The right joystick is used to fly the drone backwards forwards left and right.
The drone is super easy to operate and fly, and also has a variety of features, including follow me, a three dimensional view, and a single push button return to home.

I sometimes have problems falling asleep at night, especially when the wife wants to watch TV in bed. So I’ve been using a series of soft sleep masks with built in headphones. But I’ve not been happy with that solution because I just need some “white noise” to counteract the sound coming from the TV.
So I picked up a pair of these and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. After determining the correct fit for the ear plugs, I was able to quickly and easily connect them to their app downloaded to my iPhone and select from a variety of white noise choices. I prefer falling asleep to the sound of water and the app offers various versions of this white noise from a quiet stream to waves crashing on the beach.
The earplugs fit snugly and stay in my ears through the night even though I tend to shift my sleeping position multiple times, from my back to my side and back again. I love the charging unit that comes with these plugs which also makes it very convenient for travel. I recently took them on a trip to Vegas where I stayed in a hotel with walls that were way too thin, and these units definitely blocked out all of the noise.

Really Great Oculus Off-Ear Audio Solution

Sound is as essential to the virtual experience with the Oculus as the visuals. Unfortunately, poor sound quality can take ruin your experience. These off-ear headphones do a great job of delivering the virtual audio you want to have with your Oculus experience.
Because they are off-ear headphones, you don't feel like you've got earbuds or headphones on. However, they are an improvement over the Oculus built-in speakers. You get louder volume, more bass, and a more immersive audio experience.
I love that there is no power switch or button. Instead, they turn on when you lower them into place once you've got your headset on and adjusted. Also, because of their design, they are very lightweight, hardly noticeable at all. The headphones are powered and fed audio through the Oculus power port on the left side.
The biggest downside with these speakers is that they're designed for use with the original head strap that comes with your Oculus. I purchased a head strap with extended battery life, and while I love these speakers, I love a more extended virtual experience. All in all, though, they were well worth the money spent.

A great set of earbuds from a well known brand

What a really cool set of true wireless earbuds! As a guitar player, of course I was enthralled with the Marshall brand and the case is designed to mimic the iconic looking Marshall amps (two of which I happen to own). The case uses a standard USB-C cable which goes along with all of my other Apple cables I own. The build quality is solid for both the earbuds and the case. Setup was super easy. When you open the case for the first time, you'll see the standard blink blue light on the front as it searches for a bluetooth device to pair with. Pairing them with my iPhone was as simple as going to my Bluetooth settings and selecting it.
While I was able to get it connected without the Marshall app, I downloaded it after pairing it to the phone and I was easily able to control the active noise canceling. It also has an equalizer and I was able to select either one of the standard equalizer presets or set my own custom configuration. I also like that the earbuds offer touch controls which are user customizable. Really, the only knock I am going to give Marshall is that there isn't an option for the touch control setting to pause playback.
The sound is quite good for a pair of earbuds at this price point. Great highs. Solid bass. I listen to a lot of classic rock (e.g Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd), alternative rock (e.g. Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Green Day) and Jazz & Blues (e.g. Miles Davis, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan) and they all sounded great!
I also appreciate the Eco Charging mode. which increases the earbud life span by limiting the full charge to 80%. A really nice add and a nice feature that I wish other manufacturers would adopt. All-in-all, a great choice to add to my earbud collection.

I needed to pick up a compact B&W printer for my wife’s home office. She has limited space. Being in HR, she needed something that would print high quality images and was easy to setup and use.
So picked this printer up and it really fit the bill. This isn’t some high speed laser jet printer. It’s perfect for how it’s marketed. It’s compact, super easy to set up and super easy to use. It produces high quality prints and has the added benefit of being a scanner as well for those few occasions when she needs to scan some something in.
The simplicity and ease of use is perfect what she needs (and her tech level)

What an absolutely cool addition to my PS5. I picked up this because I LOVE the racing games I have and wanted a more realistic experience than using a standard controller. While this is desk/table mountable, I decided to also invest in a stand so that I could use it in front of our great room TV.
Setup was pretty straightforward. I needed to ensure that the PS5 was updated to the latest OS. Then I just simply followed the instructions included, connecting the various components together, plugging it into the wall and turning on the PS5. Once powered on, the steering wheel automatically calibrates, so don’t freak out when it seems to be turning on its own. It’s part of the initialization.
It’s taken a bit of getting used to and some sensitivity tuning (explained in the included instructions), but it takes game play to a whole new level. I’ve used it for Gran Turismo 7 and Dirt 5 and it’s brought a new dimension to gaming for both titles.

I just purchased this projector along with a universal ceiling mount, but there aren't any holes for actually mounting the projector.. Can it be ceiling mounted? If so, how?
I don't believe so. I think I read in the online manual that this unit is not meant to be mounted on a ceiling which makes sense given the way in which its designed to work.
