Not so durable

It looks nice and looks durable but seems to be crashing when doing a windows upgrade of the O.S. and it is not even more than 2 years. THis is my second hp and it seems to always be having issues in less than 2 years. I miss best buy carrying VAIO. That seems to be the most durable brand they carried. My VAIO lasted about 5 years for me before it had problems on the keyboard.
