looks great and drys quickly an efficiently. If I had one request to the manufacturer, it would be that the top be flat, not downward sloping. I can live with it, but would be nice to be able to put things on top of dryer when needed for a few minutes without having them fall on the floor.

yes it is - the directions seem complicated, but if you are handy,you can do it
