The tv is amazing once i got all the parts. I bought it open box. Turned out there was no base. I ended up ordering one from best buy parts. Too bad all employees did not know about this service.
Once i got the base and turned it on. Part of the picture was not right. Made me wonder if Best Buy checks items that get returned before putting it on the floor.
Luckily since it is "smart" Samsung service just dialed in, diagnosed the issue and had the local repair folks come to me. Ended up with a whole new screen!!!! And to think i bought it as a returned item at a discounted price. WINNING!!! I've got alot of patience so these minor issues were a good trade off for a tv i would not have been able to afford new.
