Very happy with the installation, did a very good job. Matt was very courteous and knowledgeable of my vehicle and the Kenwood DVD unit. Install took longer than indicated, due to me having to find the correct wiring harness needed to complete the install. Was able to locate the correct harness from a local installer, recommended by Matt. The other reason for the install time, was the interruptions of customers and phone, This did not bother me, as I was glad to see how your employees handled the costumers. Both men were an excellent example of very valuable asset to Best Buy. I give kudos to Matt and hope Best Buy is aware of his value.

Researched the harness needed for my 2013 Ford F150 Truck. According to the compatibility information listed with this product, I purchased it according to this information. At the time of the installation of my audio player, purchased for my vehicle, I was informed by the Best Buy Installer, that the harness I supplied was incorrect.. He looked up the information on the store computer, and showed me the description of the harness needed to start the installation. He asked me, if I would be willing to go to a local mobile audio dealer/installer, that he suggested. He also indicated, the dealer, most assuringly would have the proper harness in stock. I agreed and went to that business. Was able to purchase the correct harness for my vehicle, at quite an expense, Do to this issue, the installation time set, was extended buy two hours. But once I had the correct part, he was able to complete the installation to my satisfaction, even though it took most of the day. I am not complaining about the installation, but unhappy with the improper info received on the Best Buy website, but other websites as well. To sum it up, I purchased a harness from Best Buy, that was not used. Also purchased two harnesses from the local mobile audio dealer, not knowing which one would work, lucky one did. I left the the two items, that were not used, with the Best Buy installer, as I had no use of them. What ever inconvenience and cost, I am happy with the outcome.
