This product is garbage. Both the washer AND dryer broke within six months. The repair man told us the dryer should have been recalled as he had replaced the same part on several dryers, after GE sold this product to Haier, which is the cheapest manufacturer in the industry. The service was terrible. Despite being under warranty, we had to pay $150 because the washer and dryer were stacked, and required two people on site to do the repair. OF COURSE THEY ARE STACKED, that is why we bought them. These are not GE appliances they are Haier, which is the cheapest manufacturer in the industry.
