Quality Sound Priced Right

I replaced a pair of Cambridge which had survived 14 New England winters. The Polk are a little smaller but produced big sound- in my novice opinion as good as the speakers they replaced. All of the hardware was included to mount the brackets, and the speakers fasten securly to the brackets with large bolts. I mounted the speakers horizontally and they rotate downward deliverying great sound to our deck 9 feet below. These speakers look great and sound great and the price is right

Functional but Fails

The fitness functions and watch features worked fine. No issues there. The watch looked good and fit on my wrist fine. However, the "buckle" on the wrist band is a total failure. There is a rubber button on one end of the strap and a hole on the other strap. You attach the watch to your wrist by pushing the button through the hole. The problem is the button pops out of the hole and the watch falls off your wrist. Any moderate exercise caused this to occur. Poor design. Not sure how it got out of QA! Sorry to say I returned it. Best Buy associates were very courteous.

Very simple way to extend CAT 5 cable length. Simply plug the male ends of two cables together and that's it. I used this because I couldn't get to the source end of the cable in my office without disassembling my desk. The Best Buy associate said this would not provide 1gb throughput on 1gb capable networks. I can not confirm.

Tight Adapter

I've used this a few times and I'm pleased with the snug fit to my Technics headphones and Denon A/V receiver. Once snapped into place, the headphones cable and adapter provided a static free connection. I don't use my headphones for anytihing else other than A/V listening so I won't disconnect and reconnect the adapter as I'm sure others may.

Rocks the Shower

I bought the mimi life jacket about 2 months ago and it has performed flawlessly. Super easy to connect via Bluetooth, both my wife and I easily connected both of our iPhones (6s+) without any issues whatsoever. We have an enclosed shower with steam and the speaker gets absolutely soaked.
But, the best think about this speaker is the sound. I was amazed how much bass it reproduced with such a small footprint. In the enclosed space of a shower it was more than loud enough.
I liked it so much, when the larger version - "Boomjacket" - went on sale, I bought one. I'll review it soon.

Vinyl is Different

Great album by my personal favorite rock band. If you haven't listened to this in a while, or ever, then I encourage you to do so.
The quality of the pressing is very good. The vinyl was heavy, clean, flat, and without blemish. The label and cover art are very good- centered with crisp color.
I grew-up listening to vinyl but, like everyone else, I've had CDs and downloaded music the past 2-3 decades. After listening to vinyl again, I found myself cringing at the rumble and clicks of vinyl. You may feel the same.
