Great quality, one design flaw

I am puzzled that such a high-quality piece could be so outdated with its fine-tuning. I wanted to be able to use this while walking around my office, which I am able to do thanks to the great design of the earpiece. I cannot, however, disconnect the call without going to the phone itself because the cheap plastic piece that has to get stuck (literally) to your phone does not fit it right so I have to manually hang up the call. It was good, right up until the finsihing touch.
What's great about it: Sound quality is great and the earpiece is comfortable
What's not so great: The weird, outdated plastic piece for the phone cradle necessary to disconnect the call.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
