Bad directions, good product

The directions included in the SanDisk - Clip Sport 8GB* MP3 Player packaging are difficult to understand. Fortunately the best buy guys are available by phone to help. Once accurately set up, download was somewhat efficient. Would probably not re-purchase same product.

After 8 months of fighting with it and trying to hold it just right to get it to work I tossed it and purchased the Apple - USB Power Adapter - White. I love it again! I am a graduate student and do not have time to mess with second rate merchandise. My advise...get the right one first!

I had purchased a similar model for my father and had used it for a few months so when I needed a new laptop the HP ENVY TouchSmart m7-k010dx Touch-Screen Laptop what I wanted. I did shop several brands and models and ended up with my original choice. I do wish it had the finger-print reader but all in all this laptop is better than I expected. I have not had any problems with the product or any system within.
