As with all these covers, you want to get it positioned right the first time. You can reinstall if you need to, but the results are never as good (bubble free) as the first install.

Have only had limited experience with this so far. Set up was easy and pretty straight forward. Lamp where this was plugged in worked fine, turning on and off as programmed. However, we lost power during a recent trip and I returned to find this plug shut down and needing reprogramming/resetting. Didn't perform any better than an analog timer in my one experience.
Have since switched to Phillips Hue bulbs as have not had a history of reset problems with them when the power goes out or flickers. The bulbs reconnect to my hub and return to the program when the power returns. Will give this plug another try again, but at first impression, I'm not happy with the performance.
