The is a fast SDHC card. It's a great size at 32GB as its big enough and fast enough for loads of images and videos from cameras but still small enough that most electronics can still use it. For example, many digital picture frames have a max capacity of 32GB. This is a great card and the price is right!

This is a phenomenal camera in an unbelievably small form factor! Loads of manual control, Zeis lens, 30x optical zoom, very useful EVF, etc., etc. this is a perfect take anywhere, use anywhere camera. It's often said that the best camer is the camera you have with you. This will take excellent pics in bright light and has good features for useful low light images as well. This is a perfect complement to my other, larger camera.

This is a very high quality super zoom bridge camera. This is an amazing camera with tons of features built around a superb zeis lens (constant f2.8 across zoom) and a 1" sensor. This camera has great ergonomics and now the a newer model has been released it has a great price too!
The newer model has some extra features that may or may not be worth the price premium. Still image quality is very similar between the two models making this model still relevant!

Great camera but there's a newer model

Loved this camera but returned it because Sony announced a newer model (HX90v). This camera is small, and has a 30x optical zoom. Picture quality is good for the sensor size. Lots of manual control. The HX90v model exceeds the specs of this model in most ways; however, image quality is very similar. If image quality is your deciding factor between this model and the newer model, you can save some money by getting this older version.

Received this as a gift and I love it! This is basically, a high tech pedometer and is the best pedometer ever! I don't like the idea of wearing a fit bit bracelet and I don't care about the sleep tracking the bracelet provide...I would not like wearing something on my wrist overnight anyway. This small Fitbit pedometer clips to my belt and is out of sight, out of mind. It tracks steps, mileage, and calories. It connects to my phone and to my computer (using the included USB dongle) via Bluetooth. I get a weekly fitness report. This thing is really accurate as well. I have tracked mileage with my phone GPS using a running app and the Fitbit is always spot on whether two miles or ten miles! I love this thing and highly recommend!

does it take still images while recording a video?
Unfortunately, this model does NOT take stills while recording video. I'm hoping that Sony corrects this in a future firmware release. In the meantime, this camera takes very good video in adequate lighting and it's very easy to trap stills from the video using a video player like the free VLC player.

Images show second lens 55-210. None of the documentation or "What's included" lists the 55-210 and the price shown is what I would expect with both lenses. Otherwise if you are only getting the one lens you a buying a very expensive camera case. Because you are selling the camera with the 16-50 for $599
This package deal includes the camera with 16-50 kit lens, the 55-210 zoom, and a really nice Sony camera bag! It's a great deal!
