I purchased this headset to pair with my Macbook Pro. Since my girlfriend and I have dramatically different tastes in TV and movies (my girlfriend watches Chinese language programs), I usually end up watching streamed shows on my Macbook when we are just hanging out. I had been using an older set of noise cancelling headphones (wired) but they went belly up after 5 years. Not having a wire connection is awesome. I was a little leery of what the sound quality with bluetooth would be, but found it to be perfect. The only negative is that the headphones don't take batteries, and charge via USB. That in and of itself is not an issue. However, you can not use the headset while it is charging. Certainly not a major issue since I have gotten over 10 hours on a full charge, but if I forget to charge it beforehand, and they run out in the middle of a show, I have to wait while they are recharging. All in all, great headset, super simple pairing, and a super price.

I was previously using a smaller Bluetooth speaker to stream music from my iPhone in my home office. Problem was that the small speaker had tinny audio which I expected from a small speaker. I saw this one while I was purchasing something else and figured I would give it a shot. Well, the audio exceeded my expectations. Good bass, and clear sound. In addition, the built in power pack is great for charging my iPhone while it is streaming from it. Great battery life, and best of all, I caught a sale. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Probably the biggest difference is the 4 supports 4K and will upscale 720P and 1080P content to 4K SUHD. The 3 will not. Big difference on my Samsung TV. They also improved the remote control a bit. I purchased the 4 to replace a 3 I had for the up-scaling capability.

1. Does this bracket allow a swivel motion in addition to the tilt? 2. Does this bracket come with all mounting hardware? That is, bracket to wall and bracket to a Samsung 55" Smart HDTV?
1. This bracket is not a fully articulating bracket, so it doesn't have swivel, just tilt. I didn't need the swivel as the room it's in is only 12 X 12
2. Yes, it has everything you need to attach to the wall AND attach the Samsung 55 to it. I have the Samsung 55 inch UHD with a curved screen, and it works great!

HOW exactly does "noise cancelling" work? I didn't realized batteries were needed. I'm looking for something that can block a tv set continuously playing in my workplace. So you have to have them plugged in to something and put a battery in it?
OK, kind of a technical answer but basically, noise-cancelling headphones use a miniature microphone in the earpiece that picks up ambient noise (such as traffic, air-handling systems, etc.). Noise-canceling circuitry in the ear piece create a noise-cancelling wave that is 180° out of phase with the ambient noise. This circuitry is why you need the battery.
If you switch off the noise cancelling (or the battery goes dead), they still work like regular headphones.

Does this headphone cancel out the hum of the engines on a plane?
It sure does. I use them all the time when I am flying. As soon as you turn on the noise cancelling feature, you notice a dramatic difference. No more jet hum.

Will this work with a MacBook Pro OS X El Capitan?
Sure can. That is exactly what I am using mine for. I have used them on both my MB Pro's (one with El Capitan and the other with Yosemite)
