When I bought mine the four stores closest to me did Not have them in stock, but if you ask one of the store employees to check the companies main warehouse they might have one there. That's what I had to do to get one, and then you can have them send it directly to your house.

Yes you can, they did not have the lens in stock when I bought mine, but you can order it, and either have it shipped to the store for pickup or have it sent directly to your house in a matter of three or four days.
