This restored version of Kubrick's and Dalton's and Douglas' Spartacus is the one to own. The picture is absolute brilliant. Watch on the biggest screen you can find; you will not be disappointed.
Cuckoo's Nest is, in my opinion, the best film of the 70's. It is a must watch for everybody. Nicholson is as good as it gets (pun intended) in this film. It's top shelf all the way. This blu-ray transfer looks really, really nice too!
Excellent family films that adults will enjoy as much as their children. Had to buy this DVD release because the films have yet to be released on Blu ray. You won't be disappointed.
The Godfather trilogy is not gonna look much better than this, even when they do make a 4K release of it. I've always had issues with the clarity of the soundtrack in the first film, but it's much improved and the best it's ever been with this blu ray release. Part II looks as incredible as I, maybe better . And part III, well, I suppose you need to watch it to say you've watched it.
Friday the 13th VI: Jason Lives is by far the best installment in the franchise and looks brilliant in this blu-ray transfer. You'll be pleased.
Unfortunately the film is paired with Friday the 13th V: A New Beginning, which, to say the least, is the worst installment in the franchise. But, for those of us who don't own the OOP, hard to find Friday the 13th Complete Blu ray collection (which goes anywhere from $150-400!) this will suffice.
